The Deal Dashboard connects your CRM pipeline to your advertising. Every deal attached to an account your ads reached is listed with the touchpoints behind it, so you can see exactly what happened before the deal was opened and before it closed, and track influenced pipeline and revenue across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Reddit Ads and organic channels.
Deals come from HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio. Which deals appear depends on the pipelines and stages you chose to track. Google Ads, Reddit Ads and organic touchpoints rely on the HubSpot integration.
What you'll see
- Deals linked to advertised accounts, pulled from your connected CRM, each with its stage, value, company, and a link straight back to the record in the CRM.
- Influence before the deal: how many impressions, clicks and engagements the company had before the deal was opened and before it was closed, and the LinkedIn spend behind them.
- The touchpoints behind the deal. Expand a row to see which ad sets and campaigns the account interacted with, when, and how much each contributed.
- Influenced totals for the period: open pipeline, closed won and closed lost, and how much of each your ads touched.
Exploring a single deal
Open any deal to walk its journey in order: the first impression, the clicks that followed, the contacts who engaged, the other channels that touched the account, and the day the deal was created. It is the quickest way to answer "what did we do that led to this deal?" for a sales or leadership conversation.
The same journey is on the account's own page, alongside everything else ZenABM knows about it. See Company Journey.
Across channels
LinkedIn is rarely the only touch. With HubSpot connected, the dashboard also counts the Google Ads, Reddit Ads, organic search, organic social, AI referral and direct touchpoints your contacts recorded, so influenced pipeline reflects the whole journey and not just the LinkedIn slice. See Sources for the channel breakdown.
How influence is decided
A deal counts as influenced when the account engaged with your ads above the influence threshold and within the influence window you set in your CRM settings. Too short a window misses real influence; too long over-credits. Align it with your typical sales cycle. See HubSpot for where to set both.
Best practices
- Prove impact. Include the influence level on deals in your internal reporting, or let Zena write the monthly report for you.
- Prioritize by what works. Find out which inventory types and campaigns contribute most to deals being opened, then put budget there. Ask Zena, or run the
/revenue-attributionskill from the MCP server. - Watch mid-deal engagement. An open deal whose account suddenly spikes in ad engagement is worth a call today.
