Automated reports

Weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports with conclusions, insights and action items, written by Zena.

Zena sends you a report on your campaign performance every week, every month and every quarter. Each one comes with conclusions, insights and action items, written so you can forward it to your executives without rewriting it first.

A monthly report from Zena: the headline, the movers, and the action items for next month.

The three reports

Weekly

The Monday readout. One headline line for stakeholders, then week-over-week movement per campaign, ad set and ad for whoever runs the account. Biggest change first, built to be scanned.

Monthly

The stakeholder report, always compared with the month before: spend, pipeline, pipeline per dollar, ad format grades against ZenABM benchmarks, newly engaged accounts, and three risks and three opportunities.

Quarterly

The same shape over a quarter, compared with the previous one, with the revenue and ROAS view your leadership asks for at quarter end.

What goes into a report

Every report is generated from your live ZenABM data at the moment it is written:

  • LinkedIn performance: spend, impressions, clicks, engagement and efficiency (CTR, CPC), per campaign, ad set and format.
  • Accounts: newly engaged companies, accounts moving through your ABM Stages, and fresh intent signals.
  • Revenue: influenced pipeline, closed revenue, pipeline per dollar and ROAS, from your connected CRM.
  • Conclusions and action items: what changed, why it matters, and what to do next, ranked by the money at stake.
Ask for one on demand

You do not have to wait for the schedule. Ask Zena for "last month's report" or "this week's digest" any time. From an MCP client, the same reports are the /linkedin-abm-report and /weekly-digest skills. See the MCP documentation.

Reading the numbers

  • Period presets are calendar-based. A monthly report covers the last full calendar month, compared with the one before.
  • Weekly figures use Monday-to-Sunday weeks, the same weekly buckets ZenABM syncs from LinkedIn.
  • Sums will not tie out. Ad set figures do not add up to the campaign total, and campaigns do not add up to the account. See why the numbers don't roll up.
  • Revenue needs a CRM. Pipeline and revenue sections rely on HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio being connected. Without one, the report covers LinkedIn performance and account movement only.
