ZenABM is more useful when your whole team is in it: marketers reading the reports, sales acting on the engaged accounts. Inviting teammates takes a moment, and there is no seat limit.
Invite someone
Open team settings
Go to your team settings, where you'll see current members and any pending invitations.
Send an invitation
Enter your teammate's email and assign their role.
They accept
They'll get an email invitation. Once accepted, they land in your team with the access you gave them.
Managing your team
- Members and roles: see everyone in the team and adjust what they can do.
- Pending invitations: track who hasn't accepted yet, and resend if needed.
- Team name: set how your team appears in ZenABM.
- Switching teams: if you belong to more than one team, you can switch between them.
