Zena AI assistant

Ask about performance, deep-dive any account, adjust bids and budgets, pause underperformers and create campaigns from a chat.

Zena is ZenABM's AI assistant. It has your LinkedIn Ads, ABM and CRM data on demand, and it can act on that data: adjust bids and budgets, pause ads that are underperforming, and create ads and campaigns for you, so you can skip LinkedIn Campaign Manager for most day-to-day work.

Where to find it

Zena lives in the ZenABM app, with a shortcut on the Dashboard. Every conversation is scoped to your organization, so the numbers Zena quotes are your own.

The same assistant is available outside the app through the MCP server, which connects Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients to your ZenABM data with the same read and write capabilities.

What you can ask

Performance questions

"Which ad sets drove the most landing page clicks last week?" "How did Q2 compare to Q1 on pipeline per dollar?" Zena reads campaigns, ad sets, creatives, spend, job titles and CRM outcomes over any date range.

Account deep dives

"Brief me on Acme before my call." Zena pulls everything ZenABM holds on an account: spend, campaign membership, intents, stage history, contacts and deals, and closes with a verdict. It does the account prospecting for you.

Expert advice and benchmarks

Zena is loaded with LinkedIn Ads and ABM expertise and can compare your results against benchmarks from other ZenABM users, so "is this CPC normal for a Thought Leader Ad?" gets a real answer.

Reports

Ask for a monthly report, a weekly digest or a revenue attribution readout and share the result with your team. Or let Zena send them on a schedule: see Automated reports.

What Zena can do for you

Zena is not limited to answering questions. With your confirmation, it changes things in LinkedIn:

  • Adjust bids and budgets. "Set this ad set's bid 10% below suggested." Zena reads LinkedIn's suggested bid live, shows the math and applies the new bid. See Bids, budgets & decaying ads.
  • Detect and pause underperforming ads. Find decaying creatives and pause the ads, ad sets or campaigns you choose, one at a time or in a batch.
  • Turn on Budget Savers. Switch off Audience Expansion and LinkedIn Audience Network across current and future campaigns. See Budget Savers.
  • Exclude accounts. Push companies to your Exclusions from the chat.
  • Edit your ABM stages. Add, rename or re-rule a stage in your ABM Stages funnel.
  • Create ads and campaigns. Describe the audience, the offer and the format, and Zena builds the campaign and its ads for you, from the chat or from the MCP server.
Nothing changes without your say-so

Every action that touches live spend or delivery is proposed first, with the current value next to the new one, and applied only after you confirm. Reading and reporting never need confirmation.

Tips for better answers

  • Name the period. "Last month" and "the last 30 days" are different windows. Zena will tell you which one it used.
  • Ask for the comparison. "Compared with the previous period" turns a number into a trend.
  • Go one level deeper. After a summary, ask for the ad sets or companies behind it. Zena keeps the context of the conversation.
  • Remember the caveat on sums. Ad set figures do not add up to campaign totals, and campaigns do not add up to the account. That is LinkedIn's reporting, not Zena's arithmetic. See why the numbers don't roll up.
Plans and limits

Zena is included on every ZenABM plan; the number of chats per day depends on the plan, and the free trial includes a set of messages so you can try it on your own data. The MCP server and the REST API are available from the Growth plan. See pricing for current limits.
