What's new in ZenABM

Product updates, newest first. Each entry links to the feature page or the docs so you can see how it works and switch it on.

September 2026

Launch week, 28 September to 2 October 2026: Zena AI, ABM Intelligence Hub.

  1. New

    Automated AI reporting

Weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, written by Zena and delivered to your inbox. Each one carries conclusions, insights and action items, not just charts.

A ZenABM automated report written by Zena, with conclusions and action items
    • Schedule weekly, monthly or quarterly reports per workspace.
    • Every report closes with conclusions and action items, not just charts.
    • Covers LinkedIn performance, account movement and revenue in one place.
  2. New

Zena AI agent with expert skills

Plan, analyze, manage and optimize campaigns in natural language, against your live workspace rather than an export.

The Zena AI agent chat inside ZenABM
    • Build campaigns, ad sets and ads from a description, with targeting and audience sizes checked first.
    • Pause decaying ads and adjust bids and budgets, with every change confirmed before it goes live.
    • Deep-dive any account or campaign and get the reasoning, not just the number.
  3. New

    MCP server with expert skills

Your ZenABM workspace, available from Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor through the MCP server.

The ZenABM MCP server connected to Claude
    • 93 tools across LinkedIn Ads, ABM, CRM and revenue data.
    • 15 expert skills, each a ready-made analysis you run as a slash command.
    • The same write actions as the app: statuses, budgets, bids, exclusions, campaigns and ads.
  4. New

    Partner skills

Partners can publish branded skills that run alongside the built-in ones.

Partner skills listed alongside the built-in ZenABM skills
    • Submitted skills appear in the Zena chat and on the MCP page.
    • Your branding sits next to the built-in skills, not behind them.
    • Open to everyone in the ZenABM partner program.

  1. New

    Budget Savers

Switch off LinkedIn Audience Network and Audience Expansion and keep them off.

The Budget Savers page in ZenABM
    • Applies across all campaigns or only the ones you pick.
    • Re-checked hourly, so a new ad set cannot slip through with either setting on.
    • Both are on by default in LinkedIn and both push spend to accounts you never chose.
  2. New

    Bids, budgets and decaying ads

Bid and budget work that used to mean a spreadsheet and a lot of tabs.

Zena proposing a bid adjustment against the LinkedIn suggested bid
    • Bid changes measured against LinkedIn's own suggested bid before you commit.
    • Budget changes in bulk across ad sets and campaigns.
    • Ads whose CTR has been sliding are found and paused on your say-so.
  3. Improvement

CRM sync to HubSpot, Salesforce and Attio

Your ABM data written onto the company records your team already works in.

ZenABM CRM sync settings for HubSpot, Salesforce and Attio
    • Engagement, account scores, ABM stages and intent signals synced as company properties.
    • ZenABM creates the properties for you; you choose which ones to write.
    • Attio joined HubSpot and Salesforce, with two-way deal sync.
  4. New

    Multi-channel revenue attribution

One company journey across every channel, not a LinkedIn-only view.

Multi-channel revenue attribution across LinkedIn, Google, Reddit and organic
    • LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Reddit Ads, AI referrals and organic visits on one timeline.
    • A deal dashboard showing the touchpoints behind each deal before it opened and closed.
    • Influenced pipeline and revenue tracked per channel.
  5. New

    Webhooks

Send account signals wherever your workflow lives, on your own terms.

The ZenABM webhook builder with filters and payload fields
    • A filter builder to scope exactly which companies qualify.
    • A payload builder to choose the fields each call carries.
    • Fires on the weekly sync, into Clay, n8n or any sales tool.
  6. New

    Exclusions

Keep customers, competitors and bad-fit accounts out of your ads.

    The exclusions page in ZenABM
    • Exclude companies, job titles and whole industries.
    • Scope an exclusion team-wide, or to selected campaigns, ad sets or ABM campaigns.
    • Applied to new campaigns too, so the list stays enforced.
