THIS PRIVACY POLICY APPLIES TO THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES IT OFFERS. THIS POLICY INCLUDES OUR DATA PRIVACY POLICY.

About this privacy policy​

This Privacy Policy describes how and when ZENABM.COM collects, uses and shares ZENABM.COM Data when you use the Services.

The Services by their nature allow our customers to connect their accounts through the APIs of our various Supported Platforms (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Google) and any applications developed by third parties that ZENABM.COM does not own or control ("Third-Party Apps") that our customers choose to access. This Privacy Policy does not cover any information or other content you can view via the Services on Supported Platforms (but which was not posted there using the Services) or information you provide to Third-Party Apps accessed via the Services.

Payment​

Payment is processed by credit/debit card via our payment provider, Paddle.com. If users resign from service, no further charges will take place. Users can resign from their subscription at any time.

Usage of upgraded accounts on this site requires personal data processing of a client in the following matter: first name and last name, e-mail, billing address. Data will be processed by ZenABM LTD located in Flat B 112 Blackheath Road, London, United Kingdom, SE10 8DA (ZENABM's owner) in a way that is crucial to agree on a contract, as well as its fulfillment. A client has the right to see the content of his data and any corrections made to it. Sharing of information is voluntary, however, at the same time, it is crucial to sign up for higher (paid) accounts.

Cookies and tools we use

We use a few necessary first-party cookies (your region, your cookie choice, the referral or partner link you arrived from). These need no consent. We also use these third-party tools:

• Google Analytics (Google): site traffic and use. Up to 2 years.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft): session recording and heatmaps; text typed in forms is masked. Up to 1 year.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn): measures our LinkedIn ads and shows ads to past visitors. Up to 1 year.
• Reddit Pixel (Reddit): measures our Reddit ads and shows ads to past visitors. Up to 90 days.
• Vector (Vector.co): identifies the company a visitor works for.
• Dub (Dub): records the partner link you arrived from. Up to 90 days.
• HubSpot (HubSpot): the meeting scheduler on our demo booking pages.

These providers may process data in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Google Analytics, Clarity, LinkedIn, Reddit and Vector load only with your consent if you visit from the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland or California, or if we cannot tell where you are. Elsewhere they load by default. A Global Privacy Control signal blocks them everywhere.

Third-party services and analytics

We use the following third-party services to operate, measure, and improve the Site. These services may receive information about your device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and interactions with the Site. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy.

• Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (Google LLC) — aggregate traffic and event analytics.
• Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights (Vercel Inc.) — page performance and traffic analytics.
• Vector (Vector.co) — visitor and account-level identification for sales and marketing.
• HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc.) — form submissions, contact management, and email communications. Information you submit through forms on the Site is transmitted to HubSpot.
• Zoom (Zoom Video Communications, Inc.) — when you register for a ZenABM webinar (e.g. the TLA Bootcamp), your registration details are transmitted to Zoom so that Zoom can host the session, send you the unique join link, calendar invites, and reminder emails.
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) — contact list management and marketing email.

We engage third-party subprocessors to help deliver our service. A current list of these subprocessors, their purpose, location, and the data-transfer safeguards that apply, is maintained at https://zenabm.com/subprocessors.

Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out preference signal under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act. When your browser sends a GPC signal, we will not load any of the analytics and advertising tools listed above (including the visitor-identification script, Vector) for your session.

Security & Communications​

All communications with ZENABM.COM are transmitted over TLS (HTTPS) for all of our services.

Our website and applications are scanned on a regular basis for vulnerabilities and security related holes in order to make your usage of our services as safe as possible.

Third party websites

Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Site, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.

Your California Privacy Rights​

We do not load visitor-identification services (Vector) for visitors whose IP address resolves to California, or for any visitor whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

Our Privacy Policy may be updated at any time for any reason. We will notify you of any updates to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on our Site and indicating the date of the latest revision. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any modifications.
