Payment​
Payment is being done via PayPal account or credit cards (handled by Paddle.com). If users resign from service, no further charges will take place. Users can resign from their subscription at any time.
Usage of upgraded accounts on this site requires personal data processing of a client in the following matter: first name and last name, e-mail, billing address. Data will be processed by BacklinkManager Limited located in Flat B 112 Blackheath Road, London, United Kingdom, SE10 8DA (ZENABM's owner) in a way that is crucial to agree on a contract, as well as its fulfillment. A client has the right to see the content of his data and any corrections made to it. Sharing of information is voluntary, however, at the same time, it is crucial to sign up for higher (paid) accounts.

- Vector (Vector.co) — visitor and account-level identification for sales and marketing.
- HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc.) — form submissions, contact management, and email communications. Information you submit through forms on the Site is transmitted to HubSpot.
- Zoom (Zoom Video Communications, Inc.) — when you register for a ZenABM webinar (e.g. the TLA Bootcamp), your registration details are transmitted to Zoom so that Zoom can host the session, send you the unique join link, calendar invites, and reminder emails.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) — contact list management and marketing email.
Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out preference signal under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act. When your browser sends a GPC signal, we will not load visitor-identification scripts (RB2B, Vector) for your session.
Security & Communications​
All communications with ZENABM.COM are transmitted over TLS (HTTPS) for all of our services.
Our website and applications are scanned on a regular basis for vulnerabilities and security related holes in order to make your usage of our services as safe as possible.
Submission of files and content​
