Companies

Every company engaging with your ads, with its engagement score, ABM stage, intents and CRM data.

Companies is the most important screen in ZenABM. It lists every company that has engaged with your ads, with its engagement score, ABM stage, intents, touchpoint data and engagement metrics (impressions, engagements and clicks) at the ad, ad set and campaign level. Combined with the deals, contacts and properties from your CRM, it is your 360° view of every target account.

The Companies insights table with engagement scores, stages, and deals.

The engagement score

ZenABM calculates a LinkedIn Ads engagement score from clicks (times two) and engagements, divided by impressions. That gives us a good feel for the engagement level, which we then classify on a 1-5 scale.

Every company gets a:

  • lifetime engagement score, based on all of their interactions to date
  • current engagement score, based on the selected time period in the Companies Insights table

The engagement score is the simplest form of account scoring in ZenABM. For scoring you can customize, with thresholds, time windows and CRM conditions of your own, use ABM Stages. Both are written to your CRM by CRM sync.

Common things you'll do here

  • Find accounts to action. Sort by clicks, ABM Stages or engagement score, filter to those with no open deal, and hand the list to sales. Or send it automatically: CRM sync and Webhooks push the same signals into your CRM, Clay or any sales engagement tool.
  • Exclude the wrong ones. Customers, competitors and bad-fit accounts can be pushed to Exclusions straight from the list.
  • Prep for a call. Open a company profile to see everything it engaged with before you reach out.
  • Fix a match. If a company isn't linked to the right CRM record, you can connect it to its HubSpot or Salesforce ID by hand.
  • Export. Download the view as PDF, Excel, and more to share or work offline.
